Steve arrived at Complete Fitness in a good state of fitness and with a great attitude, I knew from the first session that he was the kind of person that knows how to push himself and train hard. He is a scaffolder by trade and demonstrates a high level of upper body strength. Coupled with a regular training routine, in which “legs day is my favourite, I try to do them twice a week”, I knew I was dealing with a serious candidate.


Steve raced through the progressions in the early sessions, adapting quickly to the challenging new stimuli, and continued to progress encouragingly to the very last session. Titan 1 is all about preparation, joint stability and balance; to prepare the body and strengthen joints for the subsequent phases. This is alongside a progressive, metabolic conditioning sessions aimed at increasing his fitness, fat burning, and stimulation of growth hormone (GH).


Steve felt every session, made some great gains, and he was a pleasure to train through Titan 1. I cannot wait to see how he handles Titan 2, strength training with a difference.. For more info about Personal Training or the Titan Programme contact me.
