A single session is enough to steer you in the right direction. Some clients like three sessions per week while others are happy to touch base for programming and instruction once per month. Whatever your requirement, I can guarantee to make a difference!

With small group PT you get all the benefits and guidance of a PT at a fraction of the cost.
The ideal group size is 2–5 persons. Sessions are tailored to meet group needs.
Small Group PT
£50/hour
For larger groups, a regular bootcamp might just be what you need to shake off some of those kilos, improve your fitness, or build a team spirited ethos.
Recommended for sports teams, office groups or large groups of friends.
Be warned: These sessions are and always will be challenging, pushing you to the limit of your capabilities, whatever they are!
